Las Palmas Resort is a development consisting of 10 modern chalets located at the heart of the Dead Sea region. The project embraces a sustainable, contemporary design approach, integrating private pools, landscaped outdoor areas, and smart environmental strategies that respond to the site’s unique climate.
Our design vision focused on blending indoor and outdoor living, creating a seamless experience between architecture, nature, and water elements. Each chalet is positioned to maximize views, privacy, and natural ventilation while using locally sourced materials to reduce environmental impact.
We worked closely with the MEP engineering team to ensure full integration between the architectural, interior, and technical systems. This included customized lighting, HVAC coordination, and water systems designed to operate efficiently in the Dead Sea climate.
The resort's landscape features native plants and shaded outdoor lounges, reinforcing the connection with the natural surroundings. Las Palmas stands as a refined and sustainable getaway destination, combining elegant modern design with responsible development.
