Designing the Future of Work: KPMG Offices – Riyadh, ROSHN
KPMG is one of the world’s leading professional services firms, operating in over 140 countries and offering audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse global clientele. Their work shapes economies, drives digital transformation, and guides some of the most strategic decisions across industries.
When KPMG selected ROSHN – one of the most prominent and fast-developing areas in Riyadh – for their new office location, we knew this would be more than just another corporate fit-out. It was a statement of innovation, presence, and sustainability.
We were honored to design a comprehensive architectural and interior proposal for their 2,500 sqm office across three levels, in collaboration with a reputable Saudi contracting company. The brief was bold: create the most visibility-driven office space in the district, while embedding technology, modern aesthetics, and environmental responsibility at its core.
KPMG asked for:
- A sustainable workplace, prioritizing efficient systems and materials.
- A strong tech touch, where we introduced robot circulation paths for delivery, document handling, and smart storage.
- Acoustic comfort, with tailored ceiling treatments and sound-absorbing finishes.
- A mix of modern lighting systems integrated into a carefully studied MEP strategy.
- A brand-reflective palette, where KPMG’s iconic blue meets the warmth of natural wood—striking a balance between professionalism and human-centric design.

This project reflects the evolving landscape of office culture in Saudi Arabia—one where global firms seek not only to operate, but to lead by example in sustainability, design, and innovation.
