Located in the scenic area of the Dead Sea, Al-Hamad Chalets is a modern private compound set on an 8,000 sqm plot, featuring eight contemporary chalets. Each unit spans approximately 300 sqm and is thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious yet grounded living experience. The architectural language is driven by strong concrete masses softened by refined white stone facades, blending modern aesthetics with a connection to the surrounding natural terrain.
Every chalet is equipped with its own private swimming pool and shaded terrace spaces with integrated sun-breakers, allowing for both openness and privacy while mitigating the intense desert sunlight. The arrangement of the chalets was carefully planned to maximize views and privacy, while creating a subtle rhythm across the development. Vehicular access is seamlessly integrated through private garages, while internal circulation paths are finished with hand-laid basalt stone, grounding the design in the local material palette and enhancing the project’s authenticity.
Attention to landscaping and outdoor lighting was an essential part of the design process. Native and drought-resistant plants were selected to complement the site’s microclimate, while integrated lighting elements highlight the architectural features and create a warm ambiance throughout the evening hours. The result is a calm and sophisticated environment where architecture, landscape, and natural context work in harmony, creating an exclusive Dead Sea retreat tailored for modern living.
